Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any bets on the 5k77 platform. By using 5k77 you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 5k77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5k77 website located at 5k77.org, including all games, betting markets, casino tables, account services, promotional offers and payment facilities made available through the platform.
By accessing, browsing or using the 5k77 platform — whether by creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply viewing content — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5k77 platform.
1. Eligibility
Access to and use of the 5k77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not meet these requirements are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.
- Minimum AgeYou must be at least 21 years of age to register, access or use the 5k77 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 5k77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
- Single AccountEach individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 5k77 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 5k77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
- Personal UseThe 5k77 platform is for personal entertainment use only. You may not use the platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or as part of any betting syndicate or organised group wagering arrangement without the express written consent of 5k77.
- JurisdictionIt is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 5k77 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 5k77 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Users access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on 5k77, you must register a personal account. Registration is subject to the following conditions and obligations.
- Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify 5k77 support immediately.
- KYC Verification5k77 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of an account review. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.
- Account ClosureYou may close your 5k77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable betting rules before the closure is completed. 5k77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if these Terms are breached or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 5k77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed.
Deposits
The minimum deposit on 5k77 is ৳500 via bKash, Nagad or Rocket, and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 5k77 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits are credited to your 5k77 wallet instantly for mobile money transfers and within minutes for bank transfers. 5k77 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion and to request documentation confirming the source of funds.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to a processing review, particularly where large amounts or unusual account activity is identified. 5k77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for standard requests, though processing times may vary. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are generally completed within minutes once approved.
Currency
All balances, bets, winnings and transactions on 5k77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees. 5k77 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a deposit is initiated in a foreign currency by the user's payment provider, any conversion charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
5k77 conducts transaction monitoring as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an account review. During a review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Users are required to cooperate with any such review, including providing documentation to verify the source of funds.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
5k77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made available.
- Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds credited to your 5k77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional period specified — unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
- One Bonus Per UserUnless specifically stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per user, per household and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potentially the closure of all involved accounts.
- Bonus Eligibility5k77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new users making their first deposit only. Reload and loyalty bonuses are available to eligible returning users as specified in the relevant promotion. 5k77 may withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus WithdrawalWinnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings derived from those bonus funds.
5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed on sports markets, including cricket betting, available on the 5k77 platform. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply and are communicated within the relevant betting interface.
- Bet AcceptanceA bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from 5k77 and a unique bet reference number is assigned. Bets that are not confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of the amount staked or the market selected. 5k77 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion without stating a reason.
- Void Bets5k77 reserves the right to void a bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable settlement point, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In the case of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the user's account balance. Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
- In-Play BettingIn-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active. 5k77 accepts no liability for bets that fail to be placed due to connection issues, device failures or market suspension.
- SettlementBets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for BPL fixtures). 5k77 uses official scorecards and results as the primary data source for settlement. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the decision of 5k77 is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.
6. Responsible Gaming
5k77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place to support users who may be experiencing difficulties with their gaming activity.
Age Restriction — 21+
Access to the 5k77 platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age. 5k77 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be voided and the deposited funds returned to the payment source.
Self-Exclusion
Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period via the account settings or by contacting 5k77 customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be restricted from placing bets, accessing promotional offers and making deposits.
Deposit Limits
Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their 5k77 account to help manage their gaming expenditure. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon being set and can be reduced at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5k77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraud & Money LaunderingAny attempt to use the 5k77 platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, use stolen payment methods, or circumvent anti-money-laundering controls is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. 5k77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally.
- Match Fixing & CorruptionAny user found to be involved in match fixing, spot fixing, the use of insider information, or any form of corrupt activity relating to a sporting event on which bets are offered through 5k77 will have their account immediately suspended, all balances and winnings forfeited, and will be reported to the relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement.
- Technical ExploitationUsing automated software (bots), scripts, exploits, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access account features or gain an unfair advantage on the 5k77 platform is strictly prohibited. 5k77 employs technical monitoring to detect non-human behaviour patterns and will void all associated bets and close any accounts where such activity is identified.
- Abusive BehaviourAbusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at 5k77 staff or other users — whether through the platform's support channels, live chat or any other medium — will result in immediate account suspension. 5k77 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for serious cases of abuse or threats directed at its employees.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 5k77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text content, game interfaces, software, data compilations and all other material — is the exclusive property of 5k77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 5k77 platform or its content without the prior written permission of 5k77. Unauthorised use of 5k77 content or intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5k77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if 5k77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5k77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond 5k77's reasonable control.
10. Privacy
5k77 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 5k77, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data collected, how it is used, how it is protected and your rights as a data subject under applicable law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
5k77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on the 5k77 website and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the 5k77 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact 5k77 support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 5k77 arising from your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact 5k77 customer support in the first instance to seek resolution. 5k77 will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with 5k77 support, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the platform's support documentation.
